Sports with Coleman – Thursday February 4

Today on Sports with Coleman, we welcomed Fox Sports’ and the MLB Network’s Ken Rosenthal to the show. We talked with Ken about the Orioles offseason thus far and what he feels about the moves the team has made. We also talked about Justin Verlander’s new deal, the status on Joe Mauer’s contract, if Mark McGwire’s image is repaired yet and his thoughts on the competitive balance in baseball against football. Always great stuff with Ken, you’ll want to hear what he had to say on Sports with Coleman. Ken Rosenthal on Sports with Coleman

Also joining us on the show was University of Maryland broadcaster Johnny Holliday. We talked with Johnny about the Terps’ game tonight against Florida State. The Terps, who are currently second in the ACC, will face the Seminoles who are tied for fifth. The two teams met January 10 and Maryland picked up the victory 77-68. We also got Johnny’s thoughts on the Terps ACC play thus far as well as the protocol for fans storming the court in college basketball. Check out the interview with Johnny here.
