Sports with Coleman – Friday February 19

Today on Sports with Coleman, we welcomed former Orioles’ second baseman and MLB Network Analyst Bill Ripken to the show. We talked with Bill about the birds’ new spring training home in Sarasota, how he feels that the O’s might perform this year, Koji Uehara shifting to the bullpen and what we can expect out of Matt Wieters this year. We also talked about some other topics around the league like where Johnny Damon can expect to play next year and how Tiger Woods’ press conference measures up to some of the MLB apologies of recent times. Hear what Billy had to say on the show today. Bill Ripken on Sports with Coleman

We also welcomed Len Shapiro of the Washington Post to the show. We talked with Len about Tiger Woods’ prepared statement which he conducted today in front of close friends and family. Len gave us his thoughts on the media not being invited to Tiger’s statement, the fact that Tiger would not take any questions after reading the statement and what he might have asked Tiger. We also talked with Len about the statement itself and some of the key points that Tiger had to say. Check out the interview from earlier. Len Shapiro on Sports with Coleman
