Ravens Flying Through The Clouds

The Ravens seesaw season has been nothing if not fun, unless you are Coach John Harbaugh trying to figure out which team will show up on Sundays. So far it’s been a mixed bag but it’s good enough to keep the Ravens atop the AFC North.

Joe Flacco still fumbles too much and needs better pocket awareness but he is improving, not regressing. Those who don’t agree, just don’t like the guy. Ray Rice needs the ball or else Cam Cameron will need a new job and the defense, even without the great Ray Lewis, has been solid.

So while it’s premature to think Superbowl, its not too early to consider hosting a home playoff game. Let’s face it: the Ravens are a different, and BETTER team at home. Playing at M&T Bank Stadium in January is critical. You don’t need to be a brain surgeon to figure that out.

After their big win on Sunday, they are back in the driver’s seat, for now. This season has had its ups and downs with interesting storylines and plenty of surprises. Most of all, it’s been entertaining to say the least. Here’s to more in January!!
