John Harbaugh addresses the media after the organized team activities. With this being the last week of voluntary OTA’s, Harbaugh did talk about the practice coming up next week and how the rules change and when the clock starts. Since the practice next week will be mandatory for the players, everybody should be on board and they can continue to build team strength and get ready for Training Camp.
